  I started church in august 2023 hoping it would help me with my fears and bring me closer to commu it's. I was feeling well but I'm back to being overwhelmed. I'm afraid I'll never have full trust in god and it has put so much pressure on me.  My husbabd enjoys it and we go to multiple bible studies. How do I take the pressure off and just let it be.

  I'm stuck, I've been on meds I gained so much weight and didn't feel much better.  My dr wants me to start lexapro again but I'm so indecisive.    I want to feel better but I'm scared of the side effects. What do people do if they decide no meds

  I've been with my husband 23 years.  I live him and rely on him so much. But the first few years of our marriage he drank a lot and was mean mentally, didn't come home and I'd be up all night worrying.   He's now been sober 17 years but I have anxiety and panic disorder.   I never feel well and I can't stand him not being home I worry  I think it stems from the years he was drinking,   I don't want to divorce becaus3 I love him so much and he more times than not he's in a very good mood...

  I am such a worrier and a lot of my worry comes from being over sensitive. Everyone's comments to me are taken so personally whether they are important ot not I take them so personally.   I analyze and worry I overthink and can't let them go.  My husband was having a bad da6 was cranky and had lots to do and my over baring under appreciative aunt would not stop calling to get curtain rods  hung up so he stopped all his projects t9 tun for her once again.   When we got there he was in a...
