  Hey everyone. I've noticed that hearing people talk about their anxiety helps me realize I'm not alone in feeling certain symptoms. What are some of the physical feelings/symptoms you feel when you're experiencing anxiety/panic? Also, are you always aware when you're anxious, or do you sometimes experience the symptom first and then become anxious because of it?

  I hate having health anxiety. Any inconvenience within my body causes me to spiral and overthink my symptoms. I have a question for you guys. Does anyone ever get heart flutters as a symoron of anxiety? I used to get them before and so each time they would occur, I wouldn't overthink it because I had already gotten a check up on my chest and everything was fine (plus I was told it was just anxiety). However, it would usually go away within hours, but lately it's been going on for a week...

  Hey guys. So I've been reading many of you talk about your anxiety bodily symptoms and relate to so many. I was wondering if anyone also gets throat related anxiety? It rarely happens for me, but lately it's started up again. My throat feels a strong pressure, almost like a huge knot. It feels very uncomfortable and my anxiety rises even more when I feel this because it almost feels like my throat is closing.

  Title says it all. I'm new to this page and figured I should post. Today has been so weird in that I've been randomly anxious and panicky all day. I usually get panic attacks and anxiety very randomly for no specific reason, or with no specific trigger.
