  Days like this I need to document because it was very productive and finally just...good. I've been wondering when the angst would end for me this time around, and all it took was realizing that I'm the only one that is holding myself back. I guess I knew that all along, but knowing and doing are two different things. Positive day!

  Hello, DS. I've been trying to find a support group like this for a while, so I'm glad I finally did. I am a person that is prone to depression and anxiety, and ever since COVID, I've been hit with a wirlwind of different emotions because of all the changes that came along with it, not to mention a lot of personal changes as well.
