  Hi, I'm a 16yr female and I think I'm acesexual. My mother found out by accident and shes not the happiest about it. Something about labels and if I really don't want to have sex then I should stay single forever. So I do have a boyfriend but I don't really like touches. I'm fine if it's my friends but with him, I think that it's just beacuse we're dating I don't like it. Does anyone have any advice? I'm sorry if there's any errors, this is still fairly new to me. T-T

  So for the past week my anxiety has been like really on the fritz and my depression is just really high. My mom is yelling at me cause I'm 'in a mood' and  I am just tired all the time.

  So, I have a boyfriend. We've been dating for about 9 months and I feel like it's going okthe thing is that I'm trying to find the best was possible to tell him something that I think would make him feel bad. Ya know the fact that I am very suicidal and tried to kill myself last year.is this even something I should tell him or is it one of those ones that won't come to bite me in the butt if I don't say anything?

  So it's been a pretty bad week for me. Just like my anxiety has been acting up, my depression is also acting up, and last Friday I got hit in the face with a ball with resulted in a mild concussion. I am now mad at myself cause I can barely do the things that were normal for me, almost passing out on Monday at dance, having to skip karate entirely on Tuesday, Wednesday I just sat the entire time at dance, and Thursday I was doing ok at dance then I almost collapsed while doing a turn.   So my problem is that I am experiencing panic attacks while I'm rehearsing scenes for musicals. I absolutely love preforming, I'm a dancer and singer even though there's a lot that's wrong with me.So after saying that does anyone have advice on like 'delaying' my panic attacks? Or at least hide it if I am on stage and I start having one. I would love to be able to get to the point where I'm not experiencing them at all but for now I just need them to not happen while I'm on stage.I understand...
