  HelloHas anyone felt this way, that everything is going fine and then suddenly without any known triggers the anxiety creeps in. I was feeling fine and then suddenly the palpitations started again. I am trying deep breathing and relaxation excersises but it really baffles me as to why it suddenly out of nowhere attacks you. Any ideas. Thanks

  Hello everyone, last four days I have been practicing deep breathing exercise, listening to relaxation music and walking outside in the cold, not to mention cold showers. All this hard work is paying off. I am happy to say. Today I had slight setback because I got worried about my bills and my palpitations started to mount. After deep breathing and soft music diet I felt much better. Discussion groups like these also help. Reading about the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous system...
