  I'm currently really struggling to come to terms with my past self. I cannot forgive myself for my previous behaviour and I feel like I'm constantly reminded of all of the stupid things I did and people I hurt. I find myself not wanting to leave my room, and avoiding contact with people wherever I can.   Lately I've not been able to stop thinking about life, and how I feel so drastically behind everyone else around me. I feel like a failure in so many ways, and I try and see the positives but at the moment they are few and far between. I have a university degree, work experience, and I went on a month long travelling trip a few years ago, so why do I constantly feel like I'm not good enough.   Everyday I wake up and just feel this immense sense of dread and worry about the day ahead. Instead of thinking about everything that could go right, I just seem to predict that everything is going to go wrong. During the day, if I even do the slightest, smallest thing wrong I can't stop thinking about it, and then get this overwhelming sense of paranoia for the next day (sometimes even the next week).
