My family has been fighting for 2 weeks and it's really taking a toll on me. I am use to it, my parents argued all the time when I was a kid. But it's affecting my dance.
And I just keep wondering what life would be like if I went to sleep, and just never woke up. My parents wouldn't have to deal with a train wreck of a daughter, and the other girls at dance wouldn't have to wonder what's wrong with me.
I don't know what I'm gonna do. I've had suicidal thoughts before and my friends said that I was too young to be thinking that.
Does anyone have advice? I'm not really a optimistic person tbh

I wrote my feelings down in a journal. It helps to get them out even if its only on paper. You will get through thus period. Better times can be in your future.
It was for me. I found a man I loved and got married. Don't give up on life.
Maybe you can get therapy to help with you anxiety and coping with your family.
This, and your other post about being anorexic, are both very serious conditions.
You need help.
Ask your parents to get you into see a psychiatrist.
