  Hi, I’m new to this platform but hoping to get to talk to others who might have gone through this. A couple days ago I thought I was going to pass out in my car. I didn’t and was totally fine but my mind just spiraled and hasn’t stopped spiraling because I’m like I’m relapsing. I haven’t been like this for 3 years and I don’t know what to do.
