  Hey all so yesterday i moved to Montana. Im now living with my mom here, and i hope to find housing soon. My mom wants me to relax and to keep myselph calm wile she is gone on a camping trip. She also asind me homework to so i will be doing stuff wile she is gone. Hugs to all!!!!!

  So my nightmares are getting worse. I wake up though out the night from them making my sleep yucky. Iv not told my therapist about them yet, but im going to this week. Mom/karen does sleep with me some nights to keep me feeling safe. Yet though her back tweeks, and she has to get up and go to her own bed, or the recliner. So she is not with me all night long. I need releif.

  Hey all so my nightmares have been getting realy bad and im talking to the point i dont want to go to sleep at all for the last few night i have been staying up late just to avoid sleep. were i will get to the point of stupid tired and thats when my body starts to crash and im faced with either go to bed and face them or stay up longer and right now my body has hit that point and i dont know what to do.

  hey all so this is a new week im trying to over come a lot of things and yes a lot of that is anxiaty. it is hard when i have a room that looks like a wor zone. My mom and i are trying to get it clean it enough so i can get my new bed in on saturday. we keep on hitting snags and it upsets me and i want to cry. on top of that i am always tired i dont know if it is the fibro or the pills im taking or im anemic witch the doctor did blood work to see about. im so tired and upset about evrything i...

  Hello all my name is willow, i lost my mother at the age at 15 and it still hounts me to this day 13 years later and i feel like her death is my fault my roomie who has become a ferternal mom to me says that is not true there is no way you could have killed her. so every day i cry for her and i know i will never see her again because of who i love and also who i was born as. so god will never let me in heven to see my mom.

  Hey all so this is my first post and sadly i had a bad dream last night that triggered me today. im not going to say what it is about but just know im very sad today and very emotional. i am fighting back tears for my moms sake so im not a burden to her. i know she is going to say im not one but that is how i feel. again past tromma. love you all needing hugs today .

  Trigger worning....... cutting knife ......Hey all so this past week was a bitch if you want to put it bluntly. I have been fighting with my inner voises and also with my anxiaty a lot and it has coused me to cut again. i am not proud of this i am very sad that i relapesed after a two years of not cutting. my mom was there to make sure i did not do somthing worse then just on my arm she riped the knife out of my hand and held me to calm me down. i am still deeling with my anxiaty at this point...
