This community focuses on children (of any age) who no longer have a mother in their lives, whether as a result of death or extended separation. A mother plays a crucial role in both early childhood development as well as support throughout one's life. How is your life affected by the lack of this integral relationship?
Hello all my name is willow, i lost my mother at the age at 15 and it still hounts me to this day 13 years later and i feel like her death is my fault my roomie who has become a ferternal mom to me says that is not true there is no way you could have killed her. so every day i cry for her and i know i will never see her again because of who i love and also who i was born as. so god will never let me in heven to see my mom.
I have a friend and his Mom passed away 9 years ago. He blamed himself for a long time thinking that his mother died because of him. He had counselling and it helped him to overcome that difficulty.
I’m so sorry you are going through this. You can talk to your Pastor or any spiritual leader to help you with what you are going through. Please don’t be hard on yourself.

I am sorry to hear about your mom. My mom passed away also, I was older, but losing a mother is never easy, and even more difficult when you were so young. May I ask how she died and why you feel it is your fault? May I also ask what you mean by who you love and who you were born as?
I pray you find peace knowing that through Jesus' death and resurrection God sees everyone as one of His beautiful children and perfect. Forgiveness and grace comes through Christ not us.
