  I know its not good and I know I should talk to my counselor about it but I just want it to go away. I am having a hard time right now and I just want some help.

  Ive been in and out of the hospital since April for mental health reasons and yesterday I got out after a suicide attempt and now I learned I don't have a job anymore and the only family member I have doesn't want to see me anymore. I just wish I could be ok and better and I try but I keep screwing up and I feel like I'm never going to get better and I just hurt everyone around me and they would be better without me.
