  Hello everyone,I am new here and need some advice on some food struggles. I got my gallbladder out back in 2017, it feels like after that was removed my body kind of went down the drain. I also got a food allergy test and found out that I was non-celiac gluten sensitive. When I found out I had a gluten allergy I cut gluten out and dairy out as well. Well it was exceedingly difficult for me to cut dairy completely out of my diet, so I added it back into my diet but stuck to gluten free. There...

  Hello, I am new to this site and was very glad when I found it. I have been dealing with anxiety for going on 7 yrs now. The first time it happened to me I ended up in the hospital thinking I was going to die. It was one of the most horrible things I ever had to experience. Shortly after I visited my Primary care Dr. that was when I was put on anxiety meds for the first time in my life.
