Hello everyone,
I am new here and need some advice on some food struggles. I got my gallbladder out back in 2017, it feels like after that was removed my body kind of went down the drain. I also got a food allergy test and found out that I was non-celiac gluten sensitive. When I found out I had a gluten allergy I cut gluten out and dairy out as well. Well it was exceedingly difficult for me to cut dairy completely out of my diet, so I added it back into my diet but stuck to gluten free. There are days when I can eat dairy and it does not really bother me, but I have been noticing more when I eat dairy I am getting more discomfort. When I eat dairy there are some days that I deal with bad symptoms like, gas, bloating, sharp tingling pains on my belly and discomfort.
However, sometimes when I eat it, it does not bother me at all. Before I knew what, those issues were when they happened, I went to the emergency room because they were so uncomfortable just to rule out anything serious and everything came back normal. I also had a colonoscopy & endoscope done. I was diagnosed with GERD, gastritis, small hiatal hernia and diverticulosis which is mainly caused from constipation that I struggle with since my gallbladder was removed. I was put on 40mg of Omeprazole which helps with the GERD & gastritis. I also been told that gluten issues go hand in hand with dairy. I think I have IBS w/ constipation because some days I am doing well with my digestion then out of nowhere it acts up again. If anyone experiences the same issues and has some good advice on food allergies, I would greatly appreciate the feedback. Thank you! =)

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

I am not sure it will help but I googled this for you:

I got my gallbladder out 4 years ago. In the beginning they told me to steer clear of any fatty foods and grease but I could gradually add them back in as tolerated. I think I just have a plethora of problems and I am just unlucky lol. I read that taking a digestive enzyme with meals can help break down the food better for people who have digestive issues. I think that will be my next step. Thank you for that link! I appreciate your help in any way! =)
