  I just wanted to mention a book that has helped me TREMENDOUSLY through the last eleven years of my struggle with anxiety and depression. "Hope and Help for Your Nerves" by Dr. Claire Weekes. I would suggest you get the physical book rather than audio or Kindle so that you can underline and highlight. That book has been a literal Godsend to me.

  I am just looking for reassurance, I think. I am new here. Just joined today. I have dealt with anxiety, depression, health anxiety, and panic attacks for twelve years. It seems as though when I am doing mentally poor, I develop various physical symptoms. These symptoms are usually muscular aches, joint pains, muscle weakness, dizziness, and feeling like im floating through life, not really participating.  I also deal with heart palpitations. I have seen various doctors over the years and...
