  Wow Sleep is a wonderful thing luckily for me my partner let me sleep in the morning and I did wake up feeling a lot more motivated and positive. Somedays are always going to be hard to get through but days without sleep are going to be hell !

  Wow 5 days on from the first bad day and I actually thought I might feel better, it is so messed up, I have been so up and down emotianally, so paro, so anxious so tired, so sad and so DOWN to the point of thnking that if I just sleep for ever I can just forget the pain and not feel the pain no more :( When will I feel better its just to much and no med will ever help :(

  So maybe two or three days sinse I last made a journal I had a bottle of whisky then two days after that a bottle of wine, I am ok, but the last few days in general have been so messed up, I have had pms and that tottally sucks I had a day were I felt like ending my life as if I knew that every bad day was going to return again, as if everyone who knows me will whitness those bad days like they will always be there, like no matter what I do and no matter how far I get in life I will always get...

  Well I am slowly slowly feeling a bit better I just need to leave alchohol alone. Anyways, I started with two big coffees as the norm for me a little bit of a rollie and a banana. Then my Mr made me some lime, ginger juice, a nice kick to get me up and feel healthy. So I have a complete mums life, my daily rountine consists of cleaning and lots of it, regular up keep ect, luckily my mr does most of the cooking he is a great cook and btw I am too but we kinda share responcibilities around here...

  I have been on Effexor for like 9 months but some nights I wake up with terrible bed saturating sweats, feel clammy and its horrible :( Just wondering am I alone on this :(

  So I still feel sore like I did yesterday as that silly bottle of wine really did mess me up my mind is ok but still tired and I still feel super worried about everyday things and the future. Everything right now just feels so unpromised especially with covid_19 on the rise. I feel ugly and fat, yet I continue to binge from bordem. Oh gosh I hope I get better. Blessed Be Xx

  Hey ! I am finding lockdown really hard right now, were I would usually get out and find something to divert me from paying to much attention to myself I am now stuck with myself more than ever and there is only so many things 1i can keep reapeting evryday before I just cant anymore. I mean how many movies can I watch, how many times can I clean my house and so on, lol this is just really bad for my mental health. Cant wait till normality comes back.

  Hungover and I know it !Worst day ever woke up after a bottle of wine, btw I barely slept peacfully constantly waking and just not settling, how silly of me ! I know wine always messes up my sleep not to mention my mind. Oh well a day of mental torture in hope of a smarter choice the next time.
