Hungover and I know it !

Worst day ever woke up after a bottle of wine, btw I barely slept peacfully constantly waking and just not settling, how silly of me ! I know wine always messes up my sleep not to mention my mind. Oh well a day of mental torture in hope of a smarter choice the next time.
