  Just wanted to share this, as I was very excited about it!My therapist advised me to use the "not today" mindset typically used in addiction recovery for lack of sex.   I am in a committed relationship that is borderline sexless (1-3 times/year). I know that quitting porn typically means abstaining from all things sexual for at least a little while and I have some questions.1. How long did you abstain if you went this route?2.
