  I really need to change my career. I’ve been working manual labor for 20 years and I’ve had enough. I have an idea to f what I need to do to get going, but spare time to it has become or becoming scarce. I’m a male in my mid 30’s and the one skill I need should’ve been picked up in high school.   Having a panic attack at work right now. I’m doing a good job of not showing it, but damn, this is a bad one. The thoughts I’m having are colliding with each other

  Everywhere I go, I feel like my autism rears it’s ugly head. It makes me not want to socialize. I’m awkward and have such bad social anxiety that even my own family can’t stand me, or at least that’s how it feels. I’m 33, and I’m wayyyyy behind society on the social curve

  I have a lot of social anxiety, especially with women. I've found it extremely hard to meet a significant other in Massachusetts. Only have had one girl in my life. I'm almost 34, which makes it even harder.
