  The subject line says it all.  Am having an awful day today.  I have a knot in my stomach that won't go away.  I'm trembling.  I have no appetite.  Just an over whelming sense of dread.For no reason at all. I can't even tell you why I am like this today.  I am pregnant. So I'm sure it's hormonal.  But I really wish it would go away.anxiety, stress is normal amounts normal. Healthy even.   I hardly ever post anything on this forum.  But I read through a lot of post.  For me, just seeing how others can lift people up when they are the most vulnerable is enough to soothe my fears and help my mood.  Very rarely to do I make posts of my own.tonight is different.  I am in my bathroom, in a ball shaking with anxiety.  I feel sick to my stomach.  Too sick to leave the safely of my bathroom.I found out a couple of weeks ago that I am pregnant with my 3rd child.  This baby was...
