  Hi everyone i always have felt that i have anxiety but i have been doing some research and wondering if i am bipolar. How did you all find out for yourselfs?  Was just wondering. Thank you hope everyone is having a good day CL

  Today is better then yesterday.  The crazy committee has quieted down some.  Still dealing with tons of thoughts and feelings. I just hate that overwhelming feelings that i get.  All my thoughts go racing i feel like i cant focus on anything.  All the racing thoughts

  Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.  Haven’t posted in a long time.  My anxiety has been really bad lately. I have my first horse show this week that i am taking my handmade jewelry to.  I am not showing my horse he is not ready to go to the show.  There are some people there that dont like me and i dont want my creations not to sell.  Lately the crazy committee that meets in my head has been bad.  I mean really bad.  I tell them to stfu but they dont.  I have been beating myself...

  Today is very slow at the salon which does not help my anxiety at all. I know this time of year is always slow but omg it is enough to drive me crazy and pull my hair out.  Tried to put some things on social media nothing yet.  Don’t know what to do about it. Just keep plugging along.  Just want to fill my 3 days a week dont think that is to much to ask for ugh.  On top of everything we have a shit load of snow.  It is may 21st i am over snow.  I am really over it,  this is ugh.

  Today is a better day yesterday i started to have a panic attack and my anxiety was really high. Woke up all wound up. Feeeling like everything was just suffocating me. I decided to get ahead of it and I took 3 droppers of my CBD oil and I had a great day after that.  I was productive at home getting work done.   Today starts off not great. worth all the stress and everything going on in our lives i have gained quite a bit of weight so nothing really fits well. You other lady es understand. so been eating and drinking my feelings.  The drinking isn’t bad. I don’t sit around and drink all day or anything like that. so after many costume changes i finally found something i was comfortable in.   having a good day today even with Mother’s Day I didn’t have a attack. I really missed mom but getting more use to her not being here.  Was able to ride my horse on Sunday which helped a great deal. Even when i am excited the anxiety comes out.  So excited about my new boy Jesse he is great love him so much.  He was a great decision that i made.
