Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

If you think you may have bipolar, seeing a psychiatrist is your best bet
I don't like meetings like this. I keep a happy face on now at work. I never show the depression. I keep the face on.
In the Civilian world, Pdocs (Psychiatrists) and Tdocs (Therapists) don't have meetings about you, without you, as you choose them and pay them, and we don't have "Command Docs" of any kind.....We don't have "Base Orders" or "Base Requirements" to follow....and our Privacy is Private.
We don't have "to keep the happy face on and fake it" its perfectly fine and safe to go and seek treatment.
You don't want to inadvertently scare someone from seeking help for BiPolar, it can be dangerous.
Sorry!!!
