Good day

having a good day today even with Mother’s Day I didn’t have a attack. I really missed mom but getting more use to her not being here.  Was able to ride my horse on Sunday which helped a great deal. Even when i am excited the anxiety comes out.  So excited about my new boy Jesse he is great love him so much.  He was a great decision that i made.
