  I need to admit that masturbation is a problem for me, I think.  I’ll often feel the need to masturbate in the middle of the day to get through the upcoming afternoon.  Despite some distressing fantasies the act is the single thing I most enjoy in life.  I’m definitely really depressed lately and I think it’s related.  Like I’m not able to enjoy other activities maybe.  But it’s like I’m stuck in my trauma and this web of a distorted sexuality and I don’t know what to do....
