  Hi everyone, have just joined DS & this group as I really need a safe place to try & find some peace & support. My PTSD stems from being the family scapegoat & has had a debilitating effect on me for most of my life. I found solace in books as a child & am well educated, have raised four children & had various careers...all of which ended too soon because I couldn’t cope with the stress I experienced. I have a vindictive ex but a lovely husband now of 15 years. I’m off work at the moment...
