  Hi it’s late and I want to talk. It’s been such a bad day. I was depressed about life before work and during work. I felt dizzy and irritable at work. One guy was pissing me off. And then I started crying while cleaning the grill. So I went home early.

  I miss cutting and burning myself. I feel like I deserve to be full of pain. I haven’t cut in 2 weeks and it’s a bitch to fight. Someone once told me once you’re a cutter always you’re a cutter. Is that true ?

  I feel like shit. Is it good or bad to listen to sad music. I like how it helps me release emotions but it takes me into a deeper sadness. I feel like no one would care if I died. I don’t want to act on anything. Just thinking how it would be like if I never existed.

  Hi I am new to this group. I have struggled with depression for years. I felt neutral today. Not too sad and no too happy. But both. My family around me are negative quite often and they have their bad days together. Making me feel low. I am grieving over lost relationships and friendships.
