  I’ve had clinical depression for two years. Medication helps, but as of right now, I hit a major trigger. My partner of five years helped me move to a new state (3000 miles away from our home) for grad school. I was doing fine and I felt great, but the minute he got into his ride to return home I lost it. I barely ate anything over the past two days. It’s even hard to take my dog outside. I just lay in bed. I don’t know how to feel better, or if it will get better. I’m trying so hard...

  I am new to LDR. I currently had to leave home (and my bc of five years) to attend graduate school. I was doing alright, because he was here visiting. But as soon as he left, I couldn’t stop crying. A whole day has passed and I’m still so incredibly sad. I’ve read other forums where people get over their partner leaving in a couple hours (which doesn’t make me feel better).. I do have clinical depression, I’m worried this will make my diagnosis worse. My situation is rough too. I...
