  My mom has stage 4 neck cancer..she was not offered chemotherapy/radiation due to her malnourishment her doctor didn't think she would survive treatment about 2 months ago. Well she ended up making a trip to the ER recently when she had had some chest pain and difficulty breathing. They did a chest x-ray and was diagnosed with pnemonia.   I'm feeling so guilty right now. I cant afford daycare so luckily i can take my son to work with me everyday. Everyday since he was like 3 months old and he is now 12 months old. I am thankful to be able to do so. On the other hand having him from sun up until sun down has really worn on me. I find myself getting frustrated and feeling like i have no time for myself or when i do Im tired or trying to prepare for the next day. I don't have any friends or family i can get help from.    I am struggling with some feelings I have towards my parents. I was raised by my grandmother since I was 3 years old. She raised me along side my half brother Derek who was KIA in Iraq in 2007. Just to give you an idea my brother joined the Marines as soon as he could to get away from our family.
