  I started my iron pills yesterday my hemoglobin is a level 6. I have had so. Much anxiety this past week.. No. Energy what so ever. Racing heart. Weak. Very dizzy.. Has anyone ever felt like. They are. On a boat. And off balance and spinny feeling?  If. So will. It go. Away when my. Levels. Go up  ?
