About Me
I am 47 and was abused by the man i used to call Dad, After 40 years it still in some respects defines who I am and ive decided that does not work for me anymore. I am working through a book on recovery and although my precious husband knows everything, supported me in the big confrontation and supports me nights when the nightmares still come... he can never truly get it like we do.... but most of all I am hoping to help other younger members deal and move forward sooner than I did as a part of my own healing process.
