  Lately my anxiety is really bad. It causes me to think bad thoughts like "what if I lose total control of my body right now?" or "What if pass out?"  what results in a panic attack or a really overwhelming feeling.I go to my therapist every week and I get breathing exercises to do at home but they don't really seem to work.Do any of you know other ways of how to cope with these thoughts?

  I dont want to live with my anxiety and depresion anymore. Nothing seems to go well in life and everything I do goes wrong. I hate myself so bad I just want to be gone and not bother other people anymore. When im gone my parents won't have to deal with my shit anymore and everything will be better off without me...
