  I saw my therapist today for the first time since my significant other left 5 days ago. I told her how I feel like a lunatic and will get hit with these random waves of emotion out of no where and will cry and cry.   It’s been 3 days since my boyfriend of 6 years said he “needed to take a step back” and packed a few things and went to stay with his family. We didn’t officially break up which maybe is making this harder. There’s that tiny bit of hope that he’ll be as miserable as I am and miss me as much as I miss him.
