Status: Alive and managing.
About Me
I have completed and graduated two years of residential treatment, a wilderness program, and countless hospital visits. I have learned to live my life coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trich, binge eating, and extreme thoughts of self doubt and shame. I am a rape survivor. I still continue to see a therapist weekly, and take medication to help my life be a little bit easier. I am far from perfect but hope to encourage others by sharing my story and by being vulnerable.
