  I am trying to get back into shape. I would love to have a trainer, but unfortunately, I don't have the money to pay somebody to help me work out right now. I would try work out videos, but I go to the gym to work out more than working out at home because I am a student living in a small apartment. I wanted to ask for other people's recommendations or suggestions on fitness or exercise apps for iPhones? Thanks!

  I am a college student with a lot on my plate, and lately, I have felt overwhelmed with stress due to all of my activities. I am a full time student, I am on the executive board of an honor society on campus, I am an active volunteer for a community service club, and I am in a business fraternity. I also have 2 jobs at the moment. I find it hard to balance all of my commitments while simultaneously having a social life, keeping up with my studies, being a good employee at my jobs, continuing to...
