I am a college student with a lot on my plate, and lately, I have felt overwhelmed with stress due to all of my activities. I am a full time student, I am on the executive board of an honor society on campus, I am an active volunteer for a community service club, and I am in a business fraternity. I also have 2 jobs at the moment. I find it hard to balance all of my commitments while simultaneously having a social life, keeping up with my studies, being a good employee at my jobs, continuing to volunteer, and being committed to my faith. I love all of my commtiments, so I don't want to rid of any. I just need to find a better way of balancing everything so that I don't feel too overwhlemed/stressed, as this can be detrimental to my mental health. Any tips or advice on managing a lot of commitments and reducing stress?

Hello,so I'm currently in a weird relationship with my long distance ex who I've never met in person and it's taking a toll on me. someone said to me, its okay not to be full time BECAUSE its better to do one thing well then take on a whole lot and not do well....
I mean by taking on a lot sure u can finish earlier, have more stuff on your resume, but if its affecting your mental health, it most likely will affect your performance which may ultimately leave you feeling even more low, darling.
you can weigh out the factors for yourself and see what is best.
my advice is to consider, your schedule and make time for some SELF-CARE. hope it helps!
I hope you find your balance :)
