  Wow I can not count the years ago I was here many times a day. About 5+ years ago Life took me on other paths and being here was not a daily necessity anymore. Hello to my old friends still here. Greetings to those I have yet to meet. I am here now out of a desire to communicate, but not a need to be, which is a good feeling. I will talk about that more in the future... Until the next time... Hello again, wakeing up above the grass is a great thing... =)

  Seasonal Affective Disorder is a big topic in the winter here at DS I was just courious about how many are effected by SAD in the summer. I live in MI and the great lakes provide plenty of humidity with the heat. I find myself staying inside and air-conditioned 95% of the time. It is almost like cabin fever sometimes and depressive too. I have to take a vitamin D suppliment because one of my meds prevents too much exposure to sunlight; but my moods are still really down a lot. Any one else...
