Wow I can not count the years ago I was here many times a day. About 5+ years ago Life took me on other paths and being here was not a daily necessity anymore.
Hello to my old friends still here. Greetings to those I have yet to meet.
I am here now out of a desire to communicate, but not a need to be, which is a good feeling. I will talk about that more in the future...
Until the next time... Hello again, wakeing up above the grass is a great thing... =)

Me, a grateful ds daily visitor :)
I was gone a long time and just recently came back, too. I was goingthruthemotions when you were here.
What's up these days?
Gotta say things are really going well after about 7 years of tinkering again with my cocktail. It had to change a while ago when Depakote put me in the ICU for 14 days because of an allergic reaction. Now good mix and having some fun too..
After 15+ years on 20mg of valium a day, they are concerned about Dementia of course. So I am over 50 and we decided "Hey lets have some fun and try some cool new drugs!" ... Well we are starting with Ritalin to control some of the years of racing thoughts and keep withdrawal from the Valium down... so far so good only need a hair more and the Extended Release 12hr. coming up next.
One thing I have learned and can share about this Mood Disorder is things go okay then every few years you have to make adjustment and kinda start over again as you adjust to the cocktail. By then new meds though and new approaches make it better each time for me so far at least. It does all seem to get better so never give up...
