I struggle every day, to just wake up and get out of bed. I dont go to school sometimes and my parents get mad at me, but its not my fault. It really isnt. I just cant do it sometimes. I want to explain to them whats happening but im afraid of how they’ll react. I feel like they’ll get mad at me for being this way. Im so scared of interacting with people and im just so scared of people in general. I wish i wasn’t like this, but right now i cant handle myself. I need someone to fix me but...

I hate myself i hate myself i hate myself i hate myself. I cant talk to anyone and its been this way for 5 years and ive been trying to change. Im just so scared and i dont know what to do anymore. I suck at talking and i suck at school and i hate myself and i dont think anyone likes me. I want help but im so scared of whats gonna happen to me. I think of ending my life every single day.
