  I used to self harm horribly. I would cut into my skin. Deep. I would carve names and words, symbols. I would punish myself. I cut alost every day. It put me in many mental facilities throughout my teen years. I hadn't cut in around 3 months until last night. Now I just can't stop. It's a drug to me. I keep going over my scars, over and over till I'm covered in blood and I've cut so deep that I need stitches. I can't stop. If I tell my therapist, she'll send me away again and I'll be locked...
