  Turning my phone off taking sleeping medicine and staying in my corner. I've reached my breaking point with this cycle. It makes me shit on everything around me.   I was so busy going through my partners subscription porn emails and links to delete and clear them from his email accounts, so when he's at work or home when he sees the email it wont be a trigger. I was fine earlier in the night. I was fine for weeks now but got triggered and just slipped up.
