Next time you find yourself in a frustrating conversation and thinking, "I'm right and they are wrong," try to flip your approach to, "I am right and they are right." Try to see their perspective and meet in the middle for a smoother outcome.

Yeah I love this!!! Its actually easier said than done. Its not easy at all if you're seen as wrong 24/7 and the person you're facing doesn't want to meet in the middle. It all depends who you're with. Sometimes this works. Sometimes it doesn't. Thats life.
What if I am actually thinking I'm right and they are right and we can both be right together but what if they are stuck on blaming you? That's just so much patience and tension that comes from resolving the issue. Then the issue is never resolved. Communication, Arguments, Conversations...my motto is 'it takes two, to tango.''

Yes..... Pride or Stubbornness might make it hard to do at first, but the World would be in a much better place if everyone took that advice. Good on ya mate! Trump... Are you listening?? Good.. Sound advice here.

Everyone is right for themselves and that has to be ok even if we feel it’s wrong keeping stuck there in focusing on the wrong will only wear us down and we can’t affird to get anxious and depressed over it! It’s not worth it easier said then done but practice patience and persistence!
Lately, in my older age, I find that sometimes I'm just wrong in my thinking and am trying to approach these situations a little more humbly.
