Premenstrual Stress Syndrome (PMS) is stress which is a physical symptom prior to the onset of menstruation. PMS is exceedingly common, occurring in 75% of women of reproductive age during their lifetime, characterized by symptoms of mood swings, depression, anxiety and irritability. It is often accompanied by physical symptoms such as bloating and cramping.
Consider writing a nasty note or send a nasty text to yourself first and get it out of your system rather than impulsively letting the words fly. Gaining control is not easy, but it is possible, and now you know what to look for.

Do you have any exercise routine that might help you get out some of the energy or emotions you build up during PMS?
Will certain music help calm you or help you feel more yourself in these extreme mood swings?
I'm so sorry this is such a struggle for you, but I hope there are options that you can take to try and make it a little more manageable.
