  i feel like I’m in a daily battle for my sanity. I was off for 4 days and I did pretty well. The anxiety was there but I was able to get out of bed and get through the day without crying. I was pretty busy so that helped. Sunday the anxiety started to creep back in because I knew I had to go back to work. The source of all my anxiety right now.   I was feeling a little better today but the anxiety started to creep in at the end of the day. I started worrying about things at work. My mind started to coax me to “check” my work. I kept telling myself that I shouldn’t. I tried to remind myself it only provides temporary relief but the urge was too strong. I started checking and checking until I found it.
