  Feeling a little better then yesterday. I still have the feeling of being unworthy of my family but like I said that I do feel better today. I even was able to do some things around the house. I know I have to take it one day at a time, my husband is doing his best that he can and I love him for that. He helps me as much as he can. I can see how hard it is for him when he isn't able to help. I am always asking myself why me. Why did I have to have the life I had that made me hate myself so...

  Woke up this morning feeling like I just don't desrve my husband and daughter. Like no matter what we do we won't get where we want to be. Like because of the things that has happened to me when I was younger I shouldn't have the life that I have now. I do my best to be the best mom and wife but there are days that I feel like I just can't do it and feel like crap when I don't clean the house because of my stupid feelings.
