I’m a shell of who I used to be I suffered a DV attack where my cheekbone was fractured and I had 32 different injuries. I suffer with anxiety PTSD and depression and unbelievable loneliness I have people around me but no one who understands what it’s like to feel like this. I’m 2 years into slowly losing myself and who I used to be.

Today I’ve struggled to get out the house I’ve not really been sleeping and Just stayed on the sofa.i was looking back at old pictures of myself and my eyes have changed it’s like the more time goes on and the more low I get the more dull my eyes are getting I wonder if this is possible?well tomorrow my partner is back from working away and I know I’ll sleep because his here but when you know something is no good for you but your not strong enough to leave or be on you own what do you...

I don’t know what is wrong with me I just want to shake myself out of this! I think in a relationship with a narcissist that’s why im like this im on such a high then he just says something and the arguement starts im then exhausted and down for days...but then I wonder is it me who is the problem just want to stop overthinking and shake myself out of this

Wow! I’m actually sat here and feel so Lonley my partner works away and barely talks to me in the phone. My friends are always busy or avoiding me I suffer reAlly bad from ptsd depression and anxiety but as soon as I’m round people I brave it smile put a brave fave on when I’m dying inside I need someone to talk too I used to be confident outgoing loved life now I’m a shell I’ve lost who I am
