  I don’t know how these journals are supposed to work.  Do people see them or have to look for them?  Anyway, all I feel is utter despair from this isolation and back problems that have me in horrid pain and anxiety almost 24/7.  Lost my husband and best friend.  Never have been so alone.  I’m more afraid of losing mind than the pandemic.  Can hardly walk, meds for anxiety not as effective because of the stress, no one to talk to personally.  Life has become phone calls to varied...

  I don't believe the universe puts targets on us, but sometimes I wonder.  I am seeing a new doctor with whom we attempted to increase my antidepressant.  It didn't go well and after 2 weeks I have dropped down to my old level.  When I contacted him he said I needed to find a shrink to work out the meds now.  I feel abandoned again like when my other doc quit in May because he would never cast me to the wind like this.  I am angry he got me into this but now I am on my own finding help....

  I will try and keep this simple.  I've been struggling with panic disorder and the loss of my husband and the loss of my husband almost 3 years ago.  Recently my doctor of 27 years retired.  Both have sent me into a tailspin of depression and thoughts of wanting to end things myself.  The loneliness and isolation has created a depression beyond what I could have ever imagined.  I have no family or local friends, just donsome volunteering 3 times a week.  I have counselors, but they are...
