Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Hello all, just figured I would post and introduce myself since I just joined the group. I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, panic disorder, ADD, and major depression. I came to this group to hopefully find a group of supportive people who understand the struggles associated with mental health. I've been having a hard time managing everything from taking care of my 2 year old to maintaining a clean house. I constantly feel like I'm failing as a mother, fiance, and person in general. I have attempted suicide 6 times in 2 years, been hospitalized every time. I'm currently in therapy twice a week and I see my psychiatrist every 2 weeks. As I said before, I'm hoping to find a group of supportive people who understand the struggle. Thanks for reading!

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. I was pretty nervous about it, because I've never had any procedures related to my heart or any other major organs. I've had knee surgery and thyroid surgery, but to me anything to do...

New here myself. I appreciate your situation. Being at home caring for your baby, is everything wonderful and you're doing it. Give yourself credit too.
Enjoy today.
