  i'm only 12 years old. I'm really not sure what anxiety is i've been to therapist send and  they haven't diagnosed me with anything or i just get this feeling of all these people are staring at me in every single person has a say in what it look like I do what I say and I just can't take it it may just be that I'm 12 years old in middle school and that's it but if feels like more and more and I just don't know what to do
