  For about two months I have noticed my tongue turned white more than normal and i cant brush the whiteness off like I usually could before.  I also have been feeling light headed at random times and have had chest pains and shortness of breath to the point where I was going to call an ambulance but then decided to walk it off.  Im hoping those chest pains are simply anxiety attacks but im more concerned about my white tongue as I heard it is a symptom of syphilis and AIDS.
