  havent been here in a bit, but im proud to say im at 43 days today without a bet.i feel good, but have my guard up because i had a stint of 74 days before my last bingenonetheless, im happy and looking forward to the challenge aheadtoday i will not gamble!!

  i did not gamble yesterday and i will not gamble today. when i read other posts in this thread, its inpirational and motivational for me, knowing people like me with the same addiction, same stories, same life pattern, can change and are trying hard to conquer this horrible disease...one minute, one hour, one day at at time and support from our "peers" is paramount!

  so cool to feel good  waking up  and going to bed...each day is a small victory. today i did not gamble. these daily posts are a good form of accomplishment for me...so thank you for reading and tolerating my redundancy
