i did not gamble yesterday and i will not gamble today.
when i read other posts in this thread, its inpirational and motivational for me, knowing people like me with the same addiction, same stories, same life pattern, can change and are trying hard to conquer this horrible disease...one minute, one hour, one day at at time and support from our "peers" is paramount!
What a neat post for me to read the first thing this morning. As I was signing on to DS I was thinking about how I always sign on with my first cup of coffee, it's part of my morning ritual. It gives me strength. It gives me hope. It helps me to open my mind and my heart at the beginning of a brand new day. Thank you all, my peers.
